What to expect as an invitee
If you see the message "This calendar is currently unavailable" while trying to schedule, it means the host’s calendar is temporarily disconnected.
Please contact the person who sent you the link for further assistance. They will need to resolve the issue on their end before you can schedule a meeting.
What to expect as a host
If you see the error "This calendar is currently unavailable" in your account or a message stating, "We could not access your [Calendar Name] for [your email]", it means Calendly has lost access to your calendar.
This typically happens due to a password change, revoked permissions, or a temporary connection issue.
Reconnect your calendar
- Go to Settings → Calendar. You'll see the disconnected calendar listed.
- Select Re-connect and follow the prompts to reauthorize Calendly's access.
Want to remove the calendar instead? Select Continue without [Calendar Name] connection. You can always connect a new calendar later.
