I’m Andrea Bjorkman, a life coach and community builder. I started Find Your Fizz to support women 40 and older who are navigating big life transitions from career pivots, reinvention after retirement, launching long-held dreams, or acknowledging they’re not fulfilled by “success” as it’s been traditionally defined.

My coaching isn’t about climbing corporate ladders or fitting into someone else’s version of success. I help women reconnect with the parts of themselves that have been buried under roles and routines for decades. I guide them in rediscovering what energizes them, defining what they want, and making decisions that align with who they are now.

What sets me apart isn’t just the depth of that work but the way I deliver it. I prioritize warmth, accessibility, and ease at every step. Coaching with me is not only about finding/reconnecting with joy, but also about removing friction. That philosophy begins the moment someone visits my website or books time with me. And that’s why Calendly has become such a critical part of how I run my business.

When I started Find Your Fizz, I went from having the full support of a corporate team to managing everything myself. I didn’t anticipate just how much time I’d spend coordinating calendars.

Between discovery calls, coaching sessions, speaker planning, and collaboration meetings, I found myself caught in endless email threads just trying to find a time to connect. I immediately set up a variety of Event Types — discovery calls, coaching sessions, planning meetings for my speaker series, and more. Each one is thoughtfully configured with custom pre-call questions to help clients prepare before we meet, automated reminders to reduce no-shows, and buffer time so I can stay grounded between sessions.

I love that I can easily adjust availability, pause certain meetings, or roll out a new offering without disrupting anything else. And when I launch something new — a seasonal service, a one-off virtual retreat, or a collaboration — I don’t have to start from scratch. I clone an existing setup, tweak what I need, and I’m ready to go. That’s not just a time-saver, it’s an energy-saver.

Calendly is embedded throughout my client journey — from my website and newsletter to my LinkedIn and Instagram bios. It integrates with the tools I use daily, like Outlook, Zoom, HoneyBook, and LinkedIn, so I never worry about double-bookings or any details slipping through the cracks.
